Refund Policy

Change of Mind

At MiaMio, we offer our customers the option to exchange or refund their jewelry within 14 days of the initial purchase due to a change of mind. Please note that our Change of Mind Policy excludes all styles of earrings, in compliance with Health and Hygiene Laws, regardless of whether they have been worn or not.

To be eligible for a change of mind return, your items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Additionally, your purchase must be in the original packaging and returned to MiaMio within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Warranty 

At MiaMio, we offer all customers a 30-day warranty for all faulty jewelry from the date of purchase. Faulty jewellery includes broken chains, clasps, stones, and manufacturer errors that inhibit the proper use of the jewellery.

All transactions outside the 30-day warranty period cannot be returned or exchanged due to faults.

To be eligible for a warranty exchange or return, you must provide proof of purchase and the item you are exchanging or returning. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for lost items.

 

How to make a return 


If you wish to request a return, please email miamiojewellery@gmail.com with your reason for the change of mind and your online order number.

If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions via email. Please note that, unless deemed faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You can choose between a refund to the original payment method or an online credit equal to the purchase value of the product(s).

Once your return is received by MiaMio and inspected, we will send you a courtesy email to notify you that we have received and processed your returned item(s).
